An intriguing dive into the inner workings of Parris Island and the experience of Marine recruits. It was definitely a fresh twist to see things from the perspective of a gay, black recruit and get to know how their experience might differ from others. It's a very simple, easy to follow film that's great to put on when you're bored or want a break from the blockbusters.
